So according to Sigmund Freud (the guy that i was dating last week...it's ok though i think i'm almost getting sick of him though he is fairly interesting...) there are three things that makes humans unhappy. The first being the weather and all it's natural elemental tortures, the second being ourselves since we tend to deteriorate and are in a constant battle with ourselves, and perhaps the most important thing that makes us unhappy is our relationships with other humans.

Well...(such a deep subject for a shallow mind...) the weather is definitely making me unhappy. Yesterday was gorgeous...i even wore a skirt and shorts later to play soccer..and now it's FREEZING...the wind is so harsh...

I'm always in a battle with myself..but then everyone else is too...we are our own worst enemy...

Interactions with other humans can make us happy but at the same time it's those superficial acquaintances that can make one lonely if one has no real sense of connection...it's also very stressful trying to maintain relationships especially when there are feelings involved.

Speaking of soccer, I played yesterday for the first time in..i don't know how long. It was great-we played with a bunch of Lizzo kids and some international students. I actually got to touch the ball a few times so that was exciting. The only thing is i'm so sore today because i hadn't done that in a while..and then i was trying to block this one ball...and the guy kicked it really hard and i caught it with my stomach....ugh so it hurts to even stretch...but it's a good kind of sore...at least now i know the muscles there still work...

I really don't want to go to class anymore...blah but alas i must don my big red poofy jacket and brace myself once again for the harsh Murray winds.....
